our Fashion and Perfume collections. Please review our refund and return guidelines below,

as policies differ by product category.

Fashion – Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident with every Roo House fashion purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return under the following conditions:

• Returns must be requested within 15 days from the delivery date.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items include:

• Final sale items

• Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If

approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Perfumes – Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of fragrance products and for hygiene and quality assurance reasons, all

perfume sales are considered final once opened or used.

Returns may only be accepted under the following conditions:

• The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

• Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be in resellable condition.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Opened or used perfumes

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us promptly with

supporting photos so we can resolve the issue.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

General Notes

• Roo House reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
